\u00a0<\/span>I believe that there are a number of reasons \u2014 historical, sociological and psychological \u2014 why modern man finds it extremely difficult to accept the two fundamental axioms of traditional religious faith, namely, that (a) a realm of holiness, and (b) a transcendental but personal God, do indeed exist; yet despite these weighty factors, faith is still possible.<\/span><\/p>\n
