Thematically, the Psalm is filled with references to the mouth; e.g., verse 2: \u201cmy tongue&#8230;my mouth;\u201d verse 3: \u201cmute, silent;\u201d verse 4: \u201cmy tongue;\u201d verse 10: \u201cmute&#8230; my mouth.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using these images, King David focuses the reader on the mouth and voice &#8211; the instruments of
