It’s a version of Psalm 30, one of the most beloved and widely said psalms, which many people say every day and which especially relates to the festivals of Chanukah and Purim.<\/p>\n

The chorus means this:<\/em>
\nYou turned my lament into a joyful dance of forgiveness
\nYou took off my sackcloth and girded me with joy
\nSo that my soul will sing praises to You, and not be silent
\nO Lord, my God, I will thank You forever.<\/p>\n
