“The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any persons of discernment, any who seek God.” (Psalm 14:2)<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>How can we doubt God’s presence when it’s day? <\/span>
\n<\/span>How can we doubt God’s presence when it’s night?<\/span>
\n<\/span>For even then there’s light (\u2014 although this light <\/span>
\n<\/span>is often hard to see, or doesn’t stay <\/span>
\n<\/span>for very long but quickly fades away <\/span>
\n<\/span>into the dark and what was once as bright <\/span>
\n<\/span>as sunshine is not bright, and what was white <\/span>
\n<\/span>is now perceived as just a hue of gray).<\/span><\/p>\n

But nonetheless, in water and in air,<\/span>
\n<\/span>in fire, in earth, His fingerprints are found, <\/span>
\n<\/span>the footsteps of His presence can \u2014 and must <\/span>
\n<\/span>and shall be found \u2014 as certain as our fear<\/span>
\n<\/span>of death, as certain as our doubts abound,<\/span>
\n<\/span>as certain as there’s stardust in our
