  1. Use a big font<\/em>. The prophet who is commanded to write down the prophecy, is commanded to write such that everyone who wants to, can understand: \u201cWrite the prophecy down, Inscribe it clearly on tablets, So that it can be read easily\u201d (verse 2).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Waiting patiently<\/em>. From verse 3 and until today, Jews all over the world have been waiting patiently for the redemption: \u201cEven if it tarries, wait for it still; For it will surely come, without delay.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The righteous shall live by their faith<\/em>. <\/span>Tzadik be\u2019emunato yichyeh<\/em> <\/span>(translated here as: \u201cthe righteous man is rewarded with life for his fidelity\u201d) -that\u2019s from here, verse 4. A famous quote, just like in verse 2 (see immediately above) that was incorporated into Rambam\u2019s articles of faith, and sung at the Pesach seder.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Moral demands<\/em>. The content of four of the first readings about Babylonia (out of five) is a harsh criticism of their immoral behavior as conquerors\/occupiers. Think about that.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Echoes of Isaiah<\/em>.Verse 14 \u201cFor the earth shall be filled With awe for the glory of the LORD As water covers the sea\u201d is reminiscent of the prophecy of the end of days of Isaiah (chapter 11).
