His newest expression is not only to serve shareholders but also stakeholders. Stakeholders can be a company\u2019s employees, customers, neighbors and members of the wider community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He started a program called 1-1-1, which my firm has adopted.
