I received an email from God,<\/span>
\n<\/span>Inviting me to visit<\/span>
\n<\/span>Him,<\/span>
\n<\/span>To enter the gates of His palace,<\/span>
\n<\/span>To walk through His chambers, room after room,<\/span>
\n<\/span>To approach His throne of glory,<\/span>
\n<\/span>To behold His scepter and His crown,<\/span>
\n<\/span>To speak with Him. <\/span><\/p>\n

I received an email from God,<\/span>
\n<\/span>Inviting me to visit<\/span>
\n<\/span>Him.<\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span>You don’t have to<\/span><\/i>,”<\/span><\/p>\n

He added,<\/span>
\n<\/span>“<\/span>You can choose to stay where you are, if you wish,<\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span><\/i>But I would be happy if you would come,<\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span><\/i>Stroll through the royal gardens,<\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span><\/i>Smell the fragrance of the cinnamon, aloes and nard,<\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span><\/i>Dip your hand in the regal fountain<\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span><\/i>And drink from its water<\/span><\/i>.” <\/span><\/p>\n

My brother received this email, too.<\/span>
\n<\/span>But it’s a scam, he said.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Why would God Almighty be interested<\/span>
\n<\/span>In us,<\/span><\/p>\n

In worms that slither senselessly in the dirt,<\/span>
\n<\/span>In flies that eat dust and mate on dung,<\/span>
\n<\/span>In fleas that suck the blood of dogs?<\/span><\/p>\n

My brother deleted the email,<\/span>
\n<\/span>Advising me to do the same. <\/span><\/p>\n

What should I do?<\/span><\/p>\n

I received an email from God,<\/span>
\n<\/span>Inviting me to visit<\/span>
