So at the beginning of this week\u2019s parsha,\u00a0<em>Parshat Terumah,<\/em>\u00a0while Moshe and God are together, God instructs Moshe to collect donations \u2013 gifts \u2013 from\u00a0<em>Bnei Yisrael<\/em>so that they can build a\u00a0<em>mishkan<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 a tabernacle. The mishkan will be a very special place where the\u00a0<em>kohanim<\/em>, the priests from the tribe of Levi, will connect to God, on behalf of all of the people, by offering different kinds of sacrifices.
