After their father died, his five daughters bravely approached Moses arguing that with no husbands, brothers or sons they should be allowed to inherit their father\u2019s allotted share. Moses brings their case to God who confirms \u201cthe daughters of Zelophehad are correct- they shall surely be given an inheritance, thus establishing clarified rules regarding all future women of Israel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I am so thankful now, thousands of years later, as my family and I are so fortunate to make a home on that very land. We live in the Shomron, on the border of the original territory of Ephraim and Menasseh. My own daughters and son are growing up surrounded by these mountains that forever echo the valor of the Daughters of Zelophehad, our female heroines of spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
