“And if a common person commits a sin inadvertently, doing something against the Lord’s commandments which should not have been done, he is guilty.” (Leviticus 4:27)<\/span><\/p>\n

I know that I have sinned; You know it, too.
\nI also know there’s little I can say
\nto justify my deeds, that every day
\nis night, that every night I sin anew.
\nThis doesn’t justify it, but I do
\nnot hear Your voice; I hear a stallion neigh
\ninstead, a ram’s loud bleat, a donkey’s bray.
\nBut even so, a sinner turns to You.<\/p>\n

Upon the ground are animals that crawl
\nor creep. \u00a0A little bit above them, though,
\nare creatures which have learned to fly, like birds
\nand bats and dragonflies. Above them all
\nare clouds that block the sky. But even so,
