These blueprints evoke the importance of careful planning. The unusual materials described &#8211; acacia wood, dolphin skin, colorful threads, and precious metals &#8211; suggest bringing together diverse elements in a unified product. Furthermore, these materials require artisans of many backgrounds to collaborate. Ultimately, the precision of construction yields a strong structure readily transported to serve a nomadic populace. A close look at the explicit details in this chapter uncovers an emphasis on intentionality and diversity in our modern Jewish community. With each measure and cut, the fabric of our people
