And Joseph gracefully comes and says to them \u05f4Surely God can interpret!\u05f4 (Genesis 40:8) meaning I have no idea what the solution to your dream. Now, \u201cTell me [your dreams]\u201d (ibid.) and I will interpret them, a wonderful interpretation, one that will make it into the Bible and will make me second in command to the king, and you must believe me. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But the bottom line is 0%. God is the one who provides the
